- Paul Sumberg’s counseling made it possible to make the proper decisions. I do not think one could improve on the way he interacted with all the different types of people involved.

- I do not think it would be possible to make the process any easier for us. Paul kept us informed throughout the entire process with nearly daily conversations that let us know how each step of the sales process was progressing in todays difficult market.

- Waiting for the mortgage broker, the lender, the investor to finally satisfy us the seller and the buyer and get the information to the title agency so the sale could be completed.

- I could not think of any, Paul’s personality, knowledge, and many hours of tireless work on our behalf led to a successful sale.

- I do not know where you are heading with that question. You did not save us money. You saved us lots of time, your personality, knowledge and hard work got us through the sales process in about 7 weeks, which was very quick in the 2010 market.
